We know that a good meal is the heart of any gathering!

Your stay includes three delicious “camp classic” meals for each night booked. From our beloved breakfast scones, to spaghetti and meatballs, to a tasty taco bar, you can’t go wrong. Check out our full menu <HERE>.  For a fancier meal, you might instead select from our “chef’s choice” menu to enjoy such options as maple dijon salmon, a dinner of Indian curries, or a full Thanksgiving spread with all the trimmings.  Looking for something more specialized? Our executive chef, Eli Cohn-Wein, can work with you to craft a perfect menu for your event.

We can happily prepare vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free options for any  meal selection for those guests who let us know that they keep these diets.  We can also accommodate various food allergies with advanced notice.  Our kitchen is a peanut free facility. We are happy to address any concerns about dietary needs.

Dining Facilities

  • Our main dining room seats up to 700
  • The main dining room supports full AV set-up, with sound booth and video screens on front and back walls
  • An adjacent smaller dining room seats up to 150
  • The spacious dining hall patio can be set up for hors d’ourves and happy hour, dessert and dancing, or al fresco dining for up to 300
  • Depending on group size, meals may be served family style or buffet style. For special events, table service is also available.
  • Cookout style meals, such as a hamburger party at the lake, are also available at certain times of year. Ask for details!

Dining Commons

  • Seats 500
  • Moveable partitions to create 3 separate spaces
  • 2 large video walls on either end of the room with full A/V compatibility
  • The dining commons also features an attached porch that seats another 200. Sliding glass walls create cohesive indoor/outdoor flexibility.
